The Reclining Buddha image is wearing a golden robe and the right arm supporting the back of the head. It is 65 meters long and 16 meters high. The Chauk Htat Gyi Buddha image is decorated with very expressive colors, white face, golden robe, blue eye shadow, red lips, and red finger nails. The eyes are hand-blown glass spheres 5feet x 2feet. The soles of the feet contain 108 segments in red and gold colors that show images representing the 108 auspicious characteristics of the Buddha.
The heavy cost of this construction was entirely donated by the people. The image is larger than the image of the Reclining Buddha at Shwe Thar Hlyaung Pagoda in Bago.

Highlights:
The pagoda is a large open space with high ceilings. It’s easy to have a view and photograph the entire Buddha. There aren't many pillars obstructing the view. They even have a raised set of steps at the feet of the Buddha for better viewing.
You won't see crowds of tourists here either. It's a sacred sight mainly visited by locals.
The monasteries in the vicinity of this pagoda accommodate over six hundred monks who study Buddhist Scriptures from the senior and qualified monks. The entire cost of maintenance is met from the people's donations.
It's worth a stop to see this while you're in Yangon.
