"We did a 12 day trip of Ho Chi Minh,Mekong Delta, Danag , Hoi An, Hue , Hanoi and Halong Bay. The trip was organized by Vicky Phan. She was very receptive to changes we made in the iterinary and willing to accommodate our needs. At each location we were met by a driver and guide at the airport, review plans for the upcoming days . The team was with us at all times till drop off at the airport. The drivers were skilled and we did not feel unsafe at any point. The guides were very knowledgeable and eager to share what their country had to offer. Quality Experiences in Cambodia and Vietnam

"I really want to write something grand to highlight how excellent my travel agent, Vicky Phan was and how pleased we were with the efficiency, expertise, good nature, patience and skill of the 5 guides involved and the drivers. My interest in organising this trip was primarily archaeological, historical, religious and cultural. Throughout the whole trip we were treated with respect, warmth and generosity by all concerned. So, our trip was 17 days highlighting the features mentioned in Cambodia and Vietnam. It was personally tailored to include all features I had researched prior to my enquiry. Budget details were discussed and Vicky made any alterations necessary to ensure we could combine our desires with that budget. The hotels were all good and in some cases outstanding quality and the staff all attentive to ensure all our needs were met. We had tastes and exposures to local life as well as standard tourist excursions to major sites. If you've not visited either of these countries before and/or had the experience of a personal guide, I highly recommend both through Asia Travel and Leisure. "Working with Vicky at Vietnam Travel and Liesure was a very good and easy experience. I originally googled travel agencies and they came up . I emailed and Vicky replied. Mentioned what I generally wanted and she sent an itinerary within a day or so. Very quick. Once I received initial plan, I then asked for references, which were promptly provided. I did contact 4 separate people, all happy with their experiences, so we proceeded and planned a custom tour with drivers and guides. We redid itinerary many times , Vicky was very patient and always came back with a different plan. I am pretty particular as to hotels and when I didn't want the hotel mentioned, Vicky always presented more options. Overall, hotels were 4 star and nice. We were upgraded a couple times at check in, so that was nice. Family of 5, 4 arriving from California, 1 from Berlin. All airport pickups were flawless and the guides in each place were very well informed and a pleasure to be with. A big hooray to guides Spring, Thrinnnnn( ha she'll get the joke )Tran and Jack! I usually plan all trips for our family, but really felt with 5 it gets a bit tricky. Vicky planned a lovely 3 week family vacation and I would not hesitate in using her services and this company in the future!"

"We are a middle-aged couple from the UK and have been fortunate enough to be able to extensively travel the world. This time round we spent a month travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam, all of it organised by Asia Travel & Leisure. Hand on heart Vicky at Asia Travel & Leisure has been an outstanding travel agent and quite simply the best we have ever had (this includes English, French and German travel agencies). We are quite frankly demanding customers and aren’t easy to please but Vicky went beyond what can be expected of a travel agent. She was practically available around the clock, at weekends, would reply to queries, mostly within hours, was happy to make several changes to her original proposed itinerary and provided us with safe, clean and well maintained cars, experienced drivers and excellent local guides who were happy to accommodate us, even if it meant often staying with us until tourist sites closed or starting the day a couple of hours earlier than planned. Our one month trip went very smoothly and we only had one minor incident (which wasn’t Vicky’s fault) which was dealt with immediately and to our complete satisfaction. Suffice to say we highly recommend Vicky and Asia Travel & Leisure to anyone, be it for a day trip or a long tour such as ours. We will certainly be booking our next holiday to South-East Asia through Vicky and Asia Travel & Leisure again!"

"Here I would like to focus my feedback on the sales team and back room office. In particular, my review is about Ms Vicky Phan. My research on a private trip to ChiangMai, ChiangRai then to Laos began in 2019, pre Covid times. Yes 5 years ago! Covid struck, everyone was stuck and vacationing was dead. Planning the holiday was put on hold. In the 5 years, Vicky patiently kept in touch as I did. The minute the travel doors opened, I was back with Vicky via emails trying to restart my plans for this trip. To cut the story short after hundreds of emails between us we finally tied the vacation strings and we made it to Laos. Beside patience, she was very responsive to my emails questions and worked out the changes I need without any issues. I would get a response usually within the hour of sending. She gave me the feeling that I was her VIP customer which made me feel really good! (Even though I wasn’t a big spender). During the course of the 2 weeks of the trip, Vicky was with me all the way, providing the various guides contacts, responding to my questions as needed. Planning a 4 weeks trip is not easy, especially considering that the flight from Canada takes a long time and with the time difference you want to make the best from your journey. The company Asia Travel & Leisure and especially Vicky were very patient and worked with us to provide the best options and every penny spent was worth it. Before our trip, Vicky replied to our e-mails very promptly and worked with us very professionally. This whole trip was customized to our needs with highest satisfaction. Once we arrived our first point of entry (Hanoi), Vicky came in person to meet us at the hotel. She provided us a local cellphone and said that she was always available to assist us. She was also in contact via Viber when WiFi was available. This contact provided us a lot of comfort and we knew we were in very good hands. In Vietnam and Cambodia we were accompanied by our daughter and Thailand we were only the 2 of us. Vicky booked all our Hotels and breakfast was included, which was great. She took care of booking all the internal flights and at every destination we had a private air-conditioned van / car, with a driver and English speaking guide. They would meet us at every city. Never were they late. We were also offered mineral water at no additional cost in the van /car, which was very refreshing to say the least. Before we left home, we had a detail itinerary of our trip, broken down by each day, explaining exactly what and where we were going each day. This was followed to the “T”. We had special dietary needs (halal food) and to our pleasant surprise they were met too. In one or two remote villages halal food was not available and they catered for vegetarian meals, which was great. We traveled and were treated like royals. Thank you Vicky.
