Perfect 2 week private tour in Laos and HaLong Bay organized by Mr Tuan Phan
"Mr Tuan Phan from Laos Travel [Asia Travel and Leisure] organized a close to 2 week private tour to Laos and Vietnam for us, and everything went great! From the moment I first contacted him a year before our trip to the conclusion of our trip, he always replied back quickly whether via email or WhatsApp text. The price he quoted us was great, better than the prices of other companies I had also contacted. He was an excellent organizer of everything, basically we just told him when we will arrive and when our flight home is, and asked him to "fill up" our days there with great programs, which he indeed did! Not only that, but he was always contactable via WhatsApp, and he proactively checked even on those things which he did not actually book for us! For instance, he called our hotel in Hanoi to make sure that a car service I had booked myself through the hotel, was properly booked. It was so reassuring to know that with any question during our stay in Laos and Vietnam we could just text him and he replied/took care of the issue immediately. He selected the best, very knowledgeable tour guides for us - Mr Paseuth Visounnalath in Vientiane and Van Vieng, and Mr Siththai in Luang Prabang. They were both amazing guides, with wonderful personalities, vast and impressive knowledge of history, Laos culture including Buddhism. We greatly enjoyed not just listening to them but talking to them about various aspects of life. We very quickly felt like we have become friends. They both always immediately replied to our WhatsApp texts even after the day tours were concluded. They were always punctual, always there before our meeting times. Our drivers were all very skilled, but very safe professional drivers, they were always fully focused on the road, we always felt perfectly safe in their cars. The hotels Mr Phan arranged for us were the best in those cities (Vientiane, Van Vieng, Luang Prabang), whilst being affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised that in all 3 hotels without asking we got upgraded to the best room - in the latter two: to suites. Taken together, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Tuan Phan's services. Thanks to his perfect organizing of our complex trip, every step of our private tour was perfect."

"My husband and I recently traveled to Vietnam and Laos, and Mr Tuan Phan from Laos Travel helped us with all hotel bookings, some tours and transfers. Before leaving Australia, he would reply promptly to my emails with many tips and answering all my questions. It was such a great service! When we arrived in Laos, our flight was one hour delayed, plus it took about 1.5 hours to go through Immigration, because we had to get the visa on arrival. But the guide was there waiting patiently to take us to the hotel, with a big smile on his face! All the hotels suggested were great! They also gave us many useful tips in regards to our itinerary, which were priceless! We also had our own private driver when we went to Ha Long Bay, which was a surprise. I researched on the internet before contacting Laos Travel, and also consulted other travel agencies in Australia, and their price was at least 10% lower than the other quotes. Plus, the hotels suggested and organisation were much better. I really want to say a huge thank you to Tuan and all the team at Laos Travel for a lifetime experience!"
